Shift Hours: 12 pm-8 pm Monday-Friday then 9 pm - 6 am after 12-week training. 9 pm - 7 am Saturday - Thursday nights 6am- 2pm Sunday-Friday days 7am- 3pm Sunday-Friday days Role & Responsibilities: Handling raw meats ready for production. Carry our department tasks in accordance with departmental processes ensuring quality standards are always met. Safely moving equipment such as trolleys, racks, and pallets. General housekeeping under a clean as you go policy, waste disposal included. Qualifications: Comply with all health and safety policies. Ensure all traceability paperwork is completed and recorded accurately. Be organized and have a "can-do" approach. Be respectful at all times to your colleagues and keep a professional manner. Be able to prioritize and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
