Details: Our client is a well-established textile manufacturer that employs over 100 staff. Own transport is a must due to location. Full training will be given. Transport to work is available from Garstang. Hours of work: Continental shift 3-on, 3-off including weekends (Training will be on day shift between 7:30-4:30 pm) JOB ROLE: Monitor production and report any problems. Highlighting and repairing any defaults. Quality checking. Attention to detail. Maintaining a clean and tidy environment and following Health and Safety Regulations. No heavy lifting is involved. Overtime available. No experience is needed as all training is provided, along with the workwear and tools required. Further training may be given to a multi-skilled level with an increase in the hourly rate. This is a long-term position with employees working in the company for many years.
